Yes, we understand every cat's needs are different. We can arrange multiple visits per day to ensure your furbaby receives the attention and care they need, from feeding to playtime and litter box maintenance.
Can you administer medication to my cat?
Absolutely. We are more than comfortable administering medication, including oral and topical treatments to complex or injectable medications like insulin, we kindly ask for a detailed information during our initial home visit to ensure proper care.
Do you charge extra for multiple pets?
Our pricing is based on the duration of the visit and the services required, not the number of pets. The number of pets within the household doesn't affect pricing.
Why is in-home pet sitting better for my cat?
Cats thrive on routine and familiar surroundings. In-home pet sitting minimises stress by allowing your furbaby to stay in their own comfortable environment, surrounded by their scents and routines, rather than adjusting to a new place like a cattery.
How do you provide updates about my pet?
We love keeping you connected! You'll receive regular updates, including photos and videos of your furbaby, via your preferred communication method (e.g., messenger, WhatsApp, email). You'll see firsthand how happy and relaxed they are.
How far in advance do I need to book your services?
To avoid disappointment, especially during peak holiday seasons, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible – ideally several weeks to a few months. However, don't hesitate to reach out for last-minute availability; we always do our best to accommodate.
Do you spend time cuddling and playing with the animals?
Absolutely! We believe that beyond basic care, cuddles, playtime, and affection are crucial for a happy pet. We treat your furbabies as our own, ensuring they receive plenty of love and interaction during every visit.
Do you only care for cats?
While our heart is with cats, we also lovingly care for other small animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, and birds in their own home. Please get in touch to discuss your specific needs.
What happens during the initial home visit?
Our complimentary home visit is a chance for us to meet you and your furbaby in person. We'll discuss your cat's routine, dietary needs, medication requirements, play preferences, and collect all necessary information to ensure a smooth and purrrrrfect sit. It's also an opportunity for you to ask any questions and get to know us too. It's important to us that you feel confident leaving your precious furbaby with us.
